Pay attention when selecting frozen food
1. Prioritize products manufactured by large factories or name brands.
2. Choose stores with low-temperature freezers nearby.
3. Select products with intact packaging, clear labeling, and a long shelf life.
4. Check if the product inside the packaging has a natural color; spots or discoloration indicate spoilage.
5. Check for signs of thawing; good frozen food should be firm.
6. Always select frozen food last during your shopping trip to minimize time outside the freezer. Generally, it can be kept outside for about 1 hour, or about 4 hours with an insulated bag. (This depends on weather and temperature.)
